In the first year, your main priority is to co-lead the Supply Chain workstreams of IONITY's SAP restructuring project together with Supply Chain leadership and business stakeholders. After the project, you will own the Supply Chain processes and key applications, including the Spare Part App and Asset App, as well as the asset management activities that sit behind them. The role creates value by making Supply Chain processes simpler, more reliable and better connected to Finance and Operations, so the network runs on trustworthy data and efficient daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Co-lead the Supply Chain workstream of the SAP restructuring project, defining requirements, coordinating work packages and milestones, and driving decisions with IT, Finance, Operations and Procurement.
- Analyse existing SAP processes, master data and interfaces, and design a simpler, standardised and sustainable target setup for Supply Chain processes.
- Lead the design, configuration, testing, user acceptance, data validation, cutover and go-live preparation of the new SAP setup, supported by clear documentation and change management.
- Act as business owner and key contact for Supply Chain functionality in SAP, the Spare Part App and the Asset App, translating requirements into system requirements, user stories and prioritised enhancements.
- Establish a stable operating model for Supply Chain SAP processes after go-live, ensuring consistent interfaces and data flows with other Supply Chain applications and providing user guidance and training.
- Coordinate asset management processes across the Supply Chain organisation, ensuring accurate asset master data, timely asset postings and transfers, and support for audits, stock counts and reconciliations.
- Analyse Supply Chain processes and data to identify inefficiencies and risks, then develop and implement practical, scalable improvements that keep data quality high across SAP and related tools.
