As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the availability of spare parts across our charging network and supporting the uptime of our high-power charging infrastructure. As part of the Supply Chain team within Network Operations, you will contribute to efficient logistics processes, supplier coordination, and continuous operational improvement.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, repair workshops, and external suppliers to ensure smooth spare part management and reliable supply chain operations across Europe.
- Monitor and review stock levels to ensure spare part availability across the network
- Support annual inventory and stock counting activities
- Organize returns of defective hardware and spare parts
- Coordinate customs-related processes and documentation
- Review defective parts in collaboration with the repair workshop
- Ensure hardware availability for on-site hardware replacements and swaps
- Manage stock levels and demand planning for the repair workshop
- Create and maintain storage locations in SAP
- Maintain and update master data within ERP systems
- Handle Intrastat requests and related reporting activities
- Order spare parts from third-party suppliers
- Track and manage open orders and pending invoices
- Coordinate meetings and communication with suppliers and service providers
- Support and lead operational and cross-functional projects
- Contribute to the continuous optimization of supply chain processes
- Prepare reviews, analyses, and KPI-based evaluations to improve operational performance
